As the Executive Assistant & Customer Experience Coordinator for Haute & Polished Designs, Gershee brings organization, efficiency, and a thoughtful approach to every project she supports. With a background in Civil Engineering, she combines strong organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset to help create seamless workflows and meaningful client experiences. Passionate about continuous growth and creative problem-solving, Gershee enjoys supporting teams behind the scenes while helping ideas come to life with structure and care.
LATAIRA
Lataira is a Junior Interior Designer currently earning her bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She brings creativity and a thoughtful eye to every project, using her leadership experience to make intentional design decisions and confidently execute each space. Her personal style is modern eclectic, with a love for blending multiple design styles to create layered, visually engaging interiors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her loving schnauzer, Shoto.
