Haute & Polished Designs is a premier full-service boutique design firm, specializing in various design related needs. Our design principle is contemporary modern with an ode to timeless design. Our services include residential and commercial consulting on renovations, residential and commercial design and redesigns. We are master space planners and innovators, but most importantly we love what we do!

Think that you don’t need the help of an interior designer? Working with a well trained industry expert is to your total and complete benefit. Collaborating with a designer helps you to bring your vision together while avoiding mistakes and saving you time and money.
THE POLISHED PROCESS
Our detailed design process helps you to avoid costly mistakes on your investment and allows you to spend more time enjoying your new space.
PHASE ONE: INSPIRATION
During the design phase, our clients give us the freedom to design within their budget and translate the findings from our consultation into a full design. This process, lasting several weeks, culminates a full personalized design plan for your space, complete with a digital presentation, inspired by you.
PHASE TWO: PROCUREMENT
After Design Plan has been signed and approved; the Haute & Polished team will finalize all selections and collect payment for all products and materials so that we can begin. The purchasing and installation phase of the project begins and the vision starts to become a reality. Your furnishings are being made, ordered, and delivered over the coming weeks or months.
PHASE THREE: EXECUTION
As the larger aspects of your project are installed, the final phase of Full Service Design is completing the space with the finishing details, such as artwork, area rugs, lighting, decor accents, pillows, window treatments, etc. Your dream space manifested, where you can now feel, touch, be inspired and fall in love every day as your space is now what you always wanted it to be. And we can't forget to take some incredible pictures to document the transformation!
